A distribution company needed to track their 15-person field sales team without spending months on a complex CRM implementation. We built a lightweight PWA that went live in 3 days, no app store needed.
The challenge
No visibility in the field.
The sales manager had no visibility into what her team was doing in the field:
- Reps filled out paper forms that got typed into Excel at night
- No way to verify if visits actually happened
- Follow-ups were tracked in personal notebooks, and often forgotten
- Daily reports took 2 to 3 hours to compile manually
- They'd tried traditional CRMs but the complexity killed adoption
The solution
A web app that just works.
We built a Progressive Web App (PWA), a web-based app that works like a native app but doesn't require any app store download. Reps just open a link and "add to home screen."
